It was an awesome game no doubt! and I agree with PK about the 3 on 3 overtime…it is just ridiculous that Jon Cooper, head coach for Canada, complained about the overtime rules but he only did it because they lost….and yeah they are different than the NHL playoff Overtime rules (which is 5 on 5 for 20 minute periods until someone scores) but the truth is that Olympic Hockey rules are slightly different than the NHL rules and there is nothing really wrong with that
2025 – 4 Nation's cup – if Bennington did not make that big save, USA wins and there is no Canadian talk of dominance. 2026 – if MacKinnon scores in that empty net, there is no legacy game for Hellebuyck. So interesting how us humans tend to find deeper meaning in sports.

Hellebuyck had an incredible game for Team MAGA. Sadly, the celebration with their buddy Kash Patel (still can't believe they put the gold medal on that clown) and their disrespect towards the women's gold medal team is the headline for them. Any sense of victory was lost and it's a true shame.
