Will be interesting to see where Hage slots in IF Michigan doesn’t make the frozen 4.
I really hope Caufield gets his 40th and hopefully his 50th at home. The crowd is going too go absolutely fckn insane. Let's bring up Reinbacher and lets see what he can do.
Im glad they didnt move … the prices were high the players available were not great fit… hughes is keeping his cap management healthy for next summer. The next year will be another story but this years im ok with not moving
Dach is a key piece,, really need him to keep it up,, keep getting points.
Don’t be surprised if you see Reinbacher with the Habs in the next week or two.Hes dominating in Laval and playing an average of 27.5 minutes a game last two games many French analysts are thinking and saying you’ll see him soon.
Slaf being hit or miss has alot to due to him being 21 . I'm 100% sure his playing will stabilize as he gets older and more experienced.
I think Monty needs to get an eye exam… just the way he can't seem to track the puck and let's in soft goals from distance.
Monty played 62 !! games last year! he should be recognized for that ! Maybe Dobes is ""better"" but doan throw Monty under l" autobus!!
I don't know, other than the last 5 minutes last night suzuki was actually horrible, and did some horrible plays, not to mention a completely undisciplined and lazy penalty just after the habs killed one… I think he is getting tired. Too many minutes, especially on a condensed schedule.
Just as you can feel the bench sag when a soft goal gets let in (especially on the first shot), you can feel the bench lift when the see their goalie doing headstands to stop the puck. Effort. It all comes down to your effort and showing your team mates you're willing to go to the wall for them. I'm keen to see Hage come in just as the playoff run is heating up. Thanks guys.
Dobes will play 13 of the last 20 games. Reinbacher will join the team for the past 5 to 10 games of the season, he is ready as his game has improved leaps and bounds the past few months. Then depending of his performances, he might stick with the team for the playoffs, if we make them. He would already be a great improvement over Struble and Xhekaj, even over struggling Carrier.
They don’t play more confident, Dobes just makes some fn saves when needed
Dobes needs to be the clear cut starter moving forward. Bad games? Who gives a … play him again. If our D zone and PK don’t improve even by a little bit it’ll be an auto sweep in the playoffs if they even make it with how tight it is now
Do you ever stop nodding your head? 😂😂😂
Put some respect on Suzuki’s name and give us a Habs Digest animation for him
Nature Boy, wooooooo
For Hage, just want a gamer , could be heart and soul guy on that 2nd line …
But kinda head scratcher because it just feels we have so many healthy nhl capable forwards – the only thing I think Hughes could have done is trade away for assets Laine for whatever conditional and or Dach , give the guy a chance somewhere to play for that contract
once those positions will be signing the right plyers stii missing ( biiger seize grinders. habs will be a better hockey threat in the nhl. they still have 20 games to hope to make the series
imagine tyheother promissing prospects Hage, zorouski no 64 laval
For them to get the win when they were exhausted and la was fresh, that was a great win. Best comeback team in hockey
Anyone notice what kind of skated Caudill is wearing? Graf??
I have a feeling Matthews will want to leave the Leafs for greener pasture. Soon after Nylander will leave and Knies will be a wasted talent with nobody to feed him. That's when Hughes makes a atractive deal that does not include Hage to pick up Knies. Knies who's background is Slovakian is a Slaf clone or a Slaf 2.0.
Slaf- Suzuki-Caufield
Knies- Hage- Demidov
This would set us up for years for
for the season and the playoffs with 2 Slovakian monsters.
Power play Knies- Suzuki-Slaf-Hutson- Caufield if you want the two monsters terrorizing the front of the net or you can always add Demigod the options are insane.
Leaf teardown couls happen sooner than we think.
Please stop bobbing your head 🤦
I couldn't think of one player that would fit this team
Is expansion coming next season?
Im not a newhook fan. Can skate but zero hockey sense
Need to call up fowler
I feel like it's Adam Fox
Absolutely happy Kent Hughes stayed with the process. Dobes will answer the call.
How about Stanley or paranyko. We're in trouble if you think we're going into the playoffs with this small team and win Saint Louis Love's it's just a skilled team no tough guys if they don't get rid of him he's going to get some of our players very hurt
Where’s Demidov these days?
