  1. Better change to skater jerseys and do full rebuild. I don't mind if they retain some of Pettersson's cap either, as long as they get good return.

  2. Sure trade him. But what is the reason you are doing it from a Canucks perspective?
1-2nd rounders players in return don't always pan out. Its risky.
Miller and Hughes gave up. EP40 hasn't.

  3. At this point, if it will make these bigoted fans shut up and stop blaming one player, fine. I know D Petey, Willander and Ohgren will face the same ridicule the moment they have a bad game or no matter how well they play, but that's just par for the course. I remember years ago thinking, well, at least the fan base cares. Now I'm just tired of it. I'm not blaming him. Unless you're a 3rd line checking forward from North America, you're going to get heat from Vancouver. I didn't realize the state of this fan base until recently and it's gross.

  4. why do you always include detroit 😂

yzerman aint doing nothing, same as every other trade deadline lol

  5. One of these days you'll actually do a trade rumor videos that comes true. Actually…I doubt it'll ever happen.

  6. Pettersson isnt going to say yes to a trade mid season. This is an offseason trade and why would petey wave? Wife is from here and he already has his bag of money. Hes already said hes in this for the long haul. Furthermore i dont see this management group trading any of these players with trade protection as they need them all as " leaders". Real reason is they cant trade them because they were alal given NMC and have no value

  7. Honestly this is still my favourite trade for EP40, not sure if Utah pulls the trigger but a centre core of Schmaltz, EP40, Cooley, and Hayton/McBain is pretty good. Would see this happening at the trade deadline though if it happened this season (since Kerfoot is an expiring contract and 31 yo -9 this season)

    To Van:

    – Tij Iginla (LW)
    – Dmitri Simashev (LD|RD)
    – Alex Kerfoot (C) —> ($3M, 1y left / cap dump to make trade work)
    – 2026 1st rd pick

    To Utah:

    – EP40 (no retention)

  8. Pettersson for a bag of pucks! Who says no? There's no place for a moody high skill forward who only plays when he feels like it, when a young dressing room needs a mentor.
