question ?? the Florida Panthers with same line up as last year there at 103m only can have 95m there 8m over the cap is this right ?? what in h–LL was Bill Zito doing signing ALL those players for am I missing something so if were 100 % Healthy they can not have the same line up for the playoffs AS LAST YEAR mmmmmmmmmmmmm 8 mil is a lot of money to move A LOT
