Big George was the sweetest dude ever when I worked for the yotes back then. Heโd always walk around talking to people, I remember heโd go grab a ginger ale for this elderly woman that worked at the door near the players entry, just slightly out of the way where the players donโt really walk past her and fist bump Her like theyโd do the rest of the crew working their spots on the routes to the locker rooms or when theyโd do sprints under the arena. So heโd make sure to walk over to her, he called her โRosieโ because she had a rose on her jacket. Offer her some food from catering, or bring her a drink or water and a few times in his French accent โeyyy Rosie โave you taken your break yet? You want me to cover for you?โ ๐

This is what ruined fighting in the NHL. It became a sideshow rather than a tool. So the NHL killed it off.
๐NNNNNN
He is such a kind man. I had the chance to be sponsored by him as an athlete and he was very generous to me. He is loved by everyone.
So stupid
Great guy
He was by far the best fighter of all time in the NHL.
I would have liked to see the outcome!
Georges, equally one of the greatest and stronger enforcer, and one of the nicest, funny and kind man ever.
This is why I love hockey
Wish lucic would've fought him
