Injuries suck. If you train enough/hard enough, it eventually happens. But sure is nice to be back out there. Even though this timing method is more accurate and consistent than hand times, it is not technically F.A.T., as it doesn’t include a reaction time, so safe to add .15 to .20 seconds for an official FAT.
