  1. First of all, those aren’t standard floor push ups the guy is doing in the video. But no amount of any form of push ups is going to make a visible difference in muscle gain. That all goes to the bench press and free weights. Push ups are great because they make you feel better and stimulate your body, but they don’t visibly add muscle.

  2. Push ups is the only way that my body do because I don't have to go gym or buy products to perform it's more easy to do

  3. When I stop doing push-ups and started doing bench press all of a sudden now I have shoulder pain

  4. i do pushups as warm up and then go to bench press. Never had a shoulder problem since. I always start warmup with resistance bands pullaparts. Very healthy and the pump is amazing afterwards.

  5. I enjoyed bench presses for 20+yrs with no problems, But for the last 10yrs I've preferred doing only push-ups & dips for my pushing exercises.

  6. Push up gains translate directly to bench press. Cant say the same for the other way around from my own experience

  7. I used to do pushups and they were pretty good. the problemi have is that they are more difficult to overload then bench. Mainly though, bench is just more fun.

  8. ive worked out since i was 16, im 25, and its the first time i have abs doing body weight stuff religiously..nocap

  9. i do push ups and i can bench press more than my weight without doing bench press
if i do only bench press i cant upgrade my push ups so push ups are much better

  10. First off: Fellow long-hair lad here. I like your style, Asian dude πŸ€™
(Albeit, my hair is damn near 4ft!)
Second: Those black shorts (during bench portion) are awesome! What brand?
