I hate how Penguins fans diss the flyers as a talentless, drek team. The flyers have been one of the most consistent teams in NHL history. They have more conference and divisional championships than the penguins and every other Atlantic Division team. And the flyers have been to 7 stanley cups, granted they only have 2 wins, but the Penguins have only 3–that's not a lot. The way penguins fans act you'd think pittsburgh had ten.
There is this saying called, "Don't count all your chickens before they are hatched." It's very applicable to sports. Wait and see if Crosby and the other hens win.
they also have made the conference finals 16 times since they joined the league, that is most of any team in the entire league
the flyers have been one of the most successful franchises since they joined, they just happened to have lost the last 6 times in finals not to mention all the game 7 conference finals
if the flyers won lets say 2 of those 6 finals, nobody would be trashing them talent wise, instead they would be viewed as one of the most dominant franchises
