I can't lie to you guys, I didnt watch a second of regulation in the game because I couldn't deal with the pain had they lost. My dad called me and told me to turn it on after the end of the 3rd. We've been watching hockey together since 2002 when he took me to my first Thrashers game as a 4 year old. We had season tickets to the Thrashers, and went to both playoff games in Atlanta. We followed the team after the move to Winnipeg. I skipped prom and held my 3 week old sister during the 2015 playoffs. I remember getting a welfare check called in on me during game 3 of the Nashville series in 2018. After that season, there has been only pain. I gave up, but the Jets did not. Thanks boys for an amazing game, and an amazing life lesson on never giving up

A legendary game for Jets fans, what else have the Jets done? But from a neutral standpoint, an exciting last minute and a half, and not much else.

I’m a panthers fan but after last night watching that game live at work. I will be following the jets and panthers all season long next year.

Downside: Jets got the shit beaten out of them in the first round and are missing their best forward and best defenseman possibly for the entire second round.
Upside: The Stars' entire core is pushing 40 and had to go the distance in their first round.
Refs missed the elbow to the head of 44 which took him out.
I would sure hate to be one of the hundreds of fans that left the game early because they thought it was over. I mean wow, to miss this epic finish of this series-winning game. I can't even imagine how I'd feel. But this Jets team has shown all year that they know how to find a way to get it done. Giving up on them is… unwise. Now it's time to get ready for Dallas. Should be another great series.
