This is totally wrong as a parent to allow an underage child to get a tattoo. The child can not make an adult decision and be held accountable for it. But then the parent can be held accountable for this. This is, in fact child abuse. The pain alone the parents sanctioned should be held accountable.

I was sixteen with a tattoo. We also had to travel to the community College and wrestle there. Me and a couple others wrestling dedication saved our program. I returned the favor and relaunched a prep schools varsity wrestling program. With tons of tattoos. The outsider won catholics over because I was molding the youth positive. Also managed to get 2 freshman into state my 1 first year at varsity and there first year doing it.
