Even with the win there was still 50 shots taken against a goalie that really is mediocre at best. It took habs to have huge offense to carry it out which they just have once every time the pope wet farts. This team needs to just tank for 3 years get a bunch of first picks and start over.
Benn is often covering nobody and lazy on getting back.IMO he has just lost it he is no longer good enough to even be a second line player i would have traded him long ago.Now they will lucky to get more than a prospect or 2nd round pick.
Mtl has some good players but now they need to find 2 goalies who know how to stop a puck. Mtl has not had a good goalie since Roy. Price was the biggest waste of 10 million a year in history.
wow can we please get back to winning more often? and kotkaniemi back and stop all the usa hatred vs the lonely amazing hockey team that has done so much and represented Canadian hockey at nhl level so well . So much history. And can Carey price stop being such a hater of new fans and put up and come back to play please?? for the fans.

Montembault has all things considered been holding down the fort for the Habs. The defense over there is so excruciatingly bad. Well, the entire team is, really.
Nice to see him get ice time and see him perform. Hope he gets an NHL contract next season. He deserves it.
