Whether or not he hit Hart in the face very hard… he still hit Hart in the face with his stick. That’s always gonna be a penalty. If the NHL doesn’t call this they basically say it’s ok to ring the goalie’s bell every time the puck is frozen.
i only see Tkachuk when he's doing dumb ass stuff. rarely ever see anything thats actually a highlight, besides those two between the leg bantam leaguer goals, what a clown. Brady is the better hockey player of the brothers, and will actually back his loud mouth up.
