I wouldn’t deal with Pittsburg at all , I think the leafs have to do everything they can to convince Robertson to stay one more year and see what happens
I say that should work in trading Kampf, jarnkrok, Timmins or liljegren. That way you could potentially keep Robertson and go after Alex Nylander.

There was also a rumor the Sid wanted to go to the leafs and try for one more cup at the trade deadline. Leafs would have give up more then just Robertson and Pittsburgh seems sort of ready to rebuild.
Something like Kampf, Lilegren, Robertson, and Hirvonen for Sid 50%retained plus a few older depth guys as contract dumps that can play for Marlies. This would work cap wise for both teams and all leafs players were liked by Dubas
They need to play him like they should. Give him more ice time already. Keefe is gone. Robertson won't be treated the same.
I think Roberson could be a 25 to 30 goal scorer in the right mix.
I wouldn't trade Robertson for anything less than a mid to late round 1st. Or if they package him for a better lineup player.
