John Garrett on the Canucks Game 5 victory, Thatcher Demko and more
Former NHL Goaltender and D&D Playoff Post Game Host John Garrett joined the guys to recap the Canucks victory last night, if he would play Thatcher Demko and more.
Why is it that no one mentions how pathetic Ian Cole was? Cole was responsible for many Oilers goals! Many failed clearing attempts & always the same side, never takes the player who scores, goals he deflects in, stupid penalties, no hockey sense, can't make plays, & can't shoot the puck at the point & because of his failed clearing attempt(s) caused Miller to take a penalty only to have McDavid score only because Cole forgot to take him…etc. He just dumps the puck… always! I truly believe if it wasn't for Ian Cole, we would've won the 2nd rd already. Everyone on X thinks Ian Cole is on the Edmonton payroll, or he bet against his own team! That is how bad of a defenseman he is!
silovs and Pickard will play the remainder of the series. Even if Demko is fully good to go, you don't change anything right now. Win or lose, Silovs is your man atm.
I think it's Silovs series, he's earned it. Worth that being said, you gotta go back to your vezina caliber goalie game 1 next round.. assuming they make it

As good as Lindholm is, I don’t think the Canucks can or should resign him. Next season Canucks slated to have Miller-Pettersson-Suter down the middle. Nucks need a couple scoring wingers.
This goes way back before some these so-called experts think they know. Haha……….And I believe many of the people never were pro hockey players and live their dreams in their fantasy world. Not Final Fantasy rather amateur fantasy. Troll me I don't give a shit.

Demko is elite. But you can’t pull a goalie when he’s on fire like silvos is.
