I’m not going off a 30 second insta post. I want the one our GM and ownership think the players will respond to best. Whether that’s being a hardass on them or not.
None of us are actually in the locker room. We just get 82 60min sessions of ice time to decide we like the coach or not. There’s people right there evaluating them all year round with inside access. Now is when we have to hope they did their evaluations right and found what they need to look for when we need a new coach.
Edit: that said, we should probably try hardass this time around.

Hopefully watching these playoffs make Fitz realize how soft and unprepared our team is for playoff hockey. We need a tough coach that can hopefully turn these kids into bad asses.

Berube sounds like he’s from fuckin New Jersey
