  1. Godin and Basu have no relevance, best to ignore them. Unfortunately they are on the Habs beat and Godin's ultra-intellectualized questions at a press conference are unbearable. Godin in particular should retrain in another field because he doesn't understand anything about hockey

  2. Tavares isn’t waiving. He’ll finish out his contract and walk if the leafs don’t want him but he isn’t giving up his captaincy because Leaf fans are throwing a tantrum about the last series.

Ideally, he plays out the contract and signs a cheaper deal to stick with the club. He still produces great middle 6 numbers. Trading him for the sake of trading him is dumb.

  3. I don't see how how either Tavares or Toronto would be in interested in this. How could be wrong, but I see this as a ridiculous pipe dream idea that will never happen. The only non playoff team that I can see him going to is maybe Chicago and even that is a leap. The reason I say that is I can imagine an aging superstar ending his career by feeding pucks to the next Superstar.

  4. The Habs doing charity towards the Leafs is very romantic but unfortunately the management team is very busy building a champion team that will perform in the playoffs in the glorious tradition des Canadiens de Montréal

  5. this guy just does click bait, you're wasting your time with him, he shouldnt get paid, dont give him anymore views if you're new, trust me hes garbage now

  6. Tavares for Gallagher and Anderson , close cap hits ,montreal gets 1 year of a highly overpriced player , Toronto gets multiple seasons of overpriced contracts lol

  7. Toronto gave up a 1st round pick to get rid of marleaus contract , what will it cost to get rid of 1 year at over 11mil cap hit (yes the actual cash is already paid)

  8. As a Habs fan, of course I would do this, even 1-for-1… but Leafs are not that dumb… right ?

  9. Very big mistake to get rid of Anderson he is what you need come playoff team hockey put him with Kirby dach and slav and you will have one of the most dominant all-around lines in hockey

  10. It’sso nice to dream awake! This is far from happening, both the Leafs and the Habs don’t exchange players since so many years that I can’t remember the last time, Mabee the Mahovelichs Peterand his brother???

  11. I hate guys like this. Stop tryna be funny and Get to the title of the video. This guy sucks
