  1. This series has been so good! Rangers look fantastic! As an Oilers fan I am jealous. This is what Playoff hockey should be. Not boring trap garbage we have to watch every year vs LA.

  2. Maybe the Canes should stop practicing their dance routines or whatever the F they do that brings shame to the league, and actually practice hockey plays 😂😂

  3. Igor with the smart play to start it off. Vinny has been such a huge addition since we got him. Anybody else miss Strome? Me either

  4. Im a Ranger fan…..but if you watch that overtime winner again you have to wonder what a seasoned veteran like Burns was doing un front of the goal First he stumbled……then he doesn't react to Trochek ir the puck. If im the golie for Carolina id be biting my lip over his defense on that play

  5. It really drives me nuts when goal-scorers shake off a celebration hug.
I don't know much about Trocheck, but this was one of the worst examples of that.

What does he have against Zibanejad?!

  6. They don't show it here, but that goal resulted in a super satisfying hug merger.
The goal-scoring group just melted seamlessly into the goalie group, and it was awesome! 🤩

  7. I am going to download a VPN and login from Canada to try to see if I can get this SN stream. The comparison side by side with ESPN is night and day. That is a disgrace of a broadcast. Between cutting to the Dallas game with 1 minute to go in the 3rd on a PP, to monotone Sean McDonagh and his stupid analytics factoids, to inferior camera angles, and goofy Ray Ferraro who is a second rate Pierre McGuire, it doesn't come close to this absolutely EPIC call (this one was on par with Dock Emrick and Gary Thorne), the actual close ups of happy Ranger fans, and better audio.

Rangers fans, we're in great shape, but don't celebrate yet. We've blown a 2-0 lead in each of the last two years. Eventually we're going to lose a game. We need to get 1/2 in Carolina, preferably game 3, which will crush their spirit, and even if we lose game 4, we have a chance for a gentleman's sweep at home. The odds of coming back 0-2 are low but it happens at least once a year in the playoffs, at 0-3 they are astronomical. We need to assume 20% more possession time and narrow the shot gap to within 5. Igor is better than Anderson but should not be needing to stop 20 more shots per game.

  8. Damn i didnt expect the SN broadcast to have what I think is the Oilers Homer broadcast guy doing this one. Correct me if im wrong.
