In the end, it was dangerous, as Trouba could have easily come down on Necss" head with his skates. Don't how to assess it, in regard to a penalty situation.
I could watch Trouba jumping into the boards head first all day. In case he hits with the elbow, he`s gone for a while.
There`s some knee contact. Stop it at 0:16, Trouba leads with his left knee as he tries to make it over. Trouba is a master of borderline plays, but for sure he`s a danger on the ice. To himself and to others.
These are the plays that shouldn't happen. Luckily he missed but if he didn't that could and probably would be a series/season/career ending concussion. As noted in other comments, there should be a way to penalize these plays, even no one get injured.
Trouba is and always will be a piece of sh1t, simple as that. Necas could have got effed up because he launched himself illegally, could have got effed up from his dirty chicken wing, and then could have gotten effed up with the skate almost falling on his gd neck! Unlike some people saying the skate was on purpose, there was no way he could control his leg at that point. However, he should have never been in that position in the first place, and I'm glad his dumb ass went flying into the boards, and I'll be glad once this PoS is outta the league.
There is a rule for attempting to injure. But unfortunately they would never call that because the league (based in New York) would never think of holding Trouba accountable for any of his actions. Even when he is actively hurting the league and going out of his way to try and injure its stars. Best game worst league!

There’s 0 reason for that left elbow besides him trying to brain a guy. Might need to get “attempted” into the suspension rules somehow…
Was there a penalty for this? I know he missed it but just look at that elbow. Plus the skates coming down on Aho’s head

I think he’s aiming to connect sooner and the elbow is an artifact of missing the hit.

This guy is a fking idi**. He was hunting for head. Those hits can end careers and ruin lives. Nothing against rough play, just keep it clean.

That's a match penalty for a deliberate attempt to injure and a very long suspension.
