Tampa Bay Lightning are under tremendous pressure to extend Steven Stamkos. The fan base has made it known that they want Stamkos to wear a Lightning sweater his whole career…. Or Else! But Tampa Bay Management are well aware they need to rebuild. They need to create some Cap Space. So that is why there is angst in Tampa Florida. Steven Stamkos is the most beloved sports star in Tampa. If Stamkos would leave here is my list: 1. Vegas 2. Toronto 3. Montreal 4. NY Rangers 5. Ottawa
