Montreal Canadiens draft pick will be decided tomorrow as the 2024 NHL Draft Lottery takes place and Drew Dekes will be joined by Matt aka Hockey Junkie!
Well I know what I'll be doing tomorrow night! Along with Drew and Matt!
BTW I watched some Engstrom highlight videos and the guy can skate and handles the puck very well. He did a few spinaramas to evade defenders. I agree that he and Reinbacher can use some time in Laval to learn to play on NA ice and systems. They both look like good prospects and I can see some changes on D this summer to make room for young blood. I also agree with Shayne. Hutson is ready for the NHL and Mailloux was already a top D in the AHL last season. He's ready to graduate if he has a strong camp. The Habs just need to make room.
