It’s back to business for the Colorado Avalanche. The rest period is over and Tuesday night they will be back on the ice for Game 1 of Round 2 to face another division rival in the Dallas Stars.
Dallas sent the defending champion Vegas Golden Knights packing Sunday night in a Game 7 thriller. Now the two division rivals will meet up in the playoffs, where the Avs are looking for some revenge since their last playoff meeting that saw Dallas take Game 7 in OT.

Im like 55-60% confident the avs can beat dallas. I do think it'll almost be a mirror match as i do think the avs have more offense but their goalie might make up for that. But as long as the avs grind it out I think they'll make it. But theres only one way to find out…

Stars fan here. It was awesome to get by the cheater Vegas Nights! My second favorite team are the Avalanche. Certainly want to win this series but if we don't I will be cheering on the Avalanche the rest of the way!

Avid Stars fan here since the move to Dallas. I hope this is an old school Avs/Stars matchup and believe it will be. Classic matchup of superstars vs depth. Eight 20 goal scorers. Hoping for an amazing series, win or lose.
