Alexander Romanov did prevent a goal by allegedly putting his hand on the puck in the crease, but this play resulted in a goal anyway when Evgeny Kuznetsov scored on the ensuing penalty shot. Was a penalty shot warranted? Here’s my review.

You could argue that Noesen pushes the puck under his hand, but that hand is out there like a dagger with clear intent, his ahead is looking that way, can probably see exactly what he was doing. EZ.
