Thanks for the show today. I just wanted you both to know that I do appreciate the program. I've tried to watch other shows in addition to your show, but I've had to tune them out. They seemed to be quite biased, interested in pandering to the fans, and willing to discuss a great deal of gossip. I'm just interested in the facts and an honest opinion. I'm a fan with favorite players as well, but if you want a winning team, hard choices have to be made. Plus, I thought that the team was sticking to a plan. Also, plug and play can rarely be applied to sports. Chemistry is more important. Skill is important as well. Practice shooting the puck ON THE NET. Practice the PP, and try different players. Etc… Winning is nice. But, if you can't sustain it, then what's the point in continuously banging your head against the wall. Making adjustments is the coaches job. Motivating the players is the coaches job. However, negative reinforcement rarely works; especially in the long-term. Expectations should be moderated and applied when necessary. Don't play head games. Anyway, thank you. Some on social media may not appreciate your style, but I'm finding it a breath of fresh air, especially with all the passionate personalities out there. Dragnet style….lol.
