Alex Vlasic while he was impressive in many ways one statistic sticks out to me. He’s 6’ 6” and weighs 220 pounds. He had 56 hits in 76 games. That’s an embarrassing statistic. There’s no reason for a player that size to have such a low hit total. Richardson routinely talked about losing to big heavy teams. Wouldn’t you think he’d want his big players to play a heavy game. Vlasic is a very passive player. He plays with no edge. Isaak Phillips had 56 hits in 33 games. A player his size to not even average one hit per game is embarrassing.

So happy we got him locked up! And for a heck of a deal too, a bit of a risk considering he's only played one full season here, but he looks insane and i don’t want to jinx it but to me he's proven he's gonna be great, barely a risk imo
