The team went from a below average team with good habits to a very poor team with horrible habits. One of the 1st things which I noticed between the previous staff and Quinn's staff was a lack of compete and on ice awareness. I do think Quinn had a better temperment for dealing with young players forced into the NHL too soon.
You have to be in the offensive zone to have higher offensive statistics. You need to spend less time in the defensive zone to have better defensive stats.
The record isn't what embarrassed the team, it was the many many blowouts, the four 9 games losing streaks, and the atrocious Defense. That was all on Quinn, this didn't look like an NHL team, and it should have more
