Thursday, Anton Lundell and Matthew Tkachuk teamed up for a 1-0 lead; Tampa Bay led 2-1 midway through the second when Sam Reinhart got his 59th goal of the season to tie it.
Brandon Montour gave the Panthers a 3-2 lead going into the third, with Steven Lorentz scoring to make it 4-2.
Tkachuk got his second of the night into an empty net.
Sergei Bobrovsky made 26 saves.

I have been a Lightning fan a long time but to me it seems like their hearts are not in it and honestly I think you can blame the referees and political correctness as the culprit it doesn’t have to be a blood bath but come on I’ve almost fallen asleep a couple of times on both sides where is the hitting the passion and will to fight no matter what happens Saturday they need to bring Dumba and Duclair back and resign Stammer otherwise they will be in rebuild mode Coach if you read this or someone else reads it play the last few minutes of game 6 vs Colorado now I know it’s only the first round but it is time to decide whether or not they want to fight or fold
