WHICH CANADIAN PLAYOFF TEAM SHOULD BE MOST SCARED? | 7-Eleven That’s Hockey

  1. Vancouver and Nashville have been treading in different directions ever since Christmas.
With Demko out and Pettersson MIA it will be Preds in 5.

  2. I said this before the playoffs started, I don't think ANY of the Canadian teams will advance beyond the first round. I think a more appropriate question is, which team should be LEAST scared. The answer to that is obviously Winnepeg, even though I think they will give Colorado a good showing, maybe push it to 6 or 7 games I don't see them getting past the Avs. Vancouver without demko, aren't even a playoff team (as shown by their under 500 record without him) Edmonton and Toronto are paper tigers built to win in the regular season and fail spectacularly in the playoffs. We've seen it for years now. Those teams and their fan bases are and to some point always have been delusional about what it takes to win. The better way of looking at it is that ALL teams are essentially Canadian teams since about 60% of the playerbase is Canadian so hope for whoever you like and don't get stucck in the "Canadian Team" false narrative.

  3. The Jets are probably in the most trouble because they are facing by far the strongest team out of all the Canadian teams. The Avalanche are a lot better than the Bruins, the Kings, or the Predators.

  4. My answer might be different in a week or 2, but as of right now, I'm not worried about Canadian teams. There's still time for them to turn things around

  5. How can you call Winnipeg one of the best defensive teams with the Vezna goalie Helly in net. He is as influential to this team as Carey Price was to the Habs in from 2010-20
