  1. Hi, Josh, JESSE & Friends:
I hope everyone here is doing great! I'm slowly getting better with sleeping less and being able to focus a little better.

Josh & Jesse, I'm now only 7 videos behind. Great work on all of them of course. I hope that come June 1st, all my new meds are finally going to start working perfectly.

I got my new (Xhekij) Retro Navy Blue jersey. It's hanging in front of me. Looking at the name all day long. I think I know why his name is pronounced like that. It's supposed to be read backward. Some countries read from the right to the left. Of course, we read left to right. I wonder if that's it? Just a thought. I'm getting a (Slaf), jersey next (Red). Thanks, everyone. All my best wishes to you all. I hope to be back soon. 🥰🤒

  2. For me, Guhle is this years Romanov. He is the LD i would trade. Matheson, Hutson, Xhekaj are my 3 LD and Struble as the extra guy. Harris and Guhle I would trade
Guhle and our late 1st round pick will get us a young top 6 line winger we need.

  3. Ahoj
1.) Those guys are salty, bcs none of them had Slaf at 1st overall and they can't get their heads out of theirs asses and admit they were wrong.
2.) How can you make list based on draft year performance and take your self seriously, while comparing generational talents playing other kids their age and Slaf playing men in Finland, Olympics and Worlds?

  4. Too bad we cant sign slaf before Worlds on may 15. If slaf decides to pop off and bring slovak bronze or 4 place. Hes gonna cost us alot hahaha.

  5. Least hyped before the draft… maybe. However I don't think Hischier had a big buzz either. But as of NOW, I would not trade Slaf for neither Laf, Power or Hischier

  6. C'mon guys, Kaponen is a stretch. Do you really see a position for him behind Suzy, Dach, Beck and Evans? If habs draft Lindstrom he has no chance.

  7. The Slaf take is one of the worst you guys have put forward. Shane Wright was considered the consensus no.1 pick for years, so the hype for Slaf was minimal at best. Montreal fans were disappointed by the pick in a substantial way. Much ado about nothing. Move on !

  8. I think the point of the article is being completely missed. Even if the Habs scouts had him ranked above other players on the list he was viewed by the majority of people as worse at the time of the draft. To me this is a great thing, shows how both the Habs and Slaf have proven everyone wrong, not at all disrespectful to say the thinking at the time now imo, doesn't mean he couldn't end up much higher on a list of these players in terms of who ends up better, just that people didn't think he would when he was being drafted.

  9. Really dont have a problem with Slaff being last. Going into the draft he wasnt even in the top 5 on any ones list. What HuGo did drafting him is making them all look smarter than them the rest of the exec`s in the NHL. The reaction of fans after the pick justifies in some ways the ranking they gave. As for Ghule, 6 x 6 would be a good deal, anything over that might be a tad risky with all the kids coming up.

  10. 8 years 5.5 million. It's a risk but I would be willing to take it at that price. He always gets injured. How is he gonna survive in the playoffs when the game is much more physical. If he doesn't accept then I'd give him a contract like dach and newhook. At least then we'd have a better idea of his fragility. No rush to give this guy 8 years. Btw Sanderson is not a comparable because Ottawa gives the worst contracts. Look at Chabot. Big contract, horrible defensively and always injured. Can't afford to make a mistake like that if we want to be contenders in 4 or 5 years

  11. I think if they gave him a graduated pay start at five and each year give him let's say a raise of five hundred thousand per year for six years,at the end of the contract he will be in his and paid accordingly. So the cap hit stays flexible.

  12. I would give Ghule a bridge deal right now he's injury prone and his offence is really lacking. After his bridge, if he become a 35/40 points dmen who's good defensively (Jaccob Slavin type) then i would give him his big contract.

  13. No extension for Ghule until next year. With Hutson, Mailloux, Reinbacher showing higher upside there might not be big money for anyone else. Plus you have to leave room for future prospects. You should be talking about the Xhekaj extension.

  14. Guhle isn't that great….no….do not give him big time pay…you have 4 or 5 great defensemen coming up and Lane Hutson probably will be taking up some of Guhle's time and overall points !!!!….Plus he get's injured at times…..I really don't think he will be the best defenceman to get big time money….short term contract is best !!!!

  15. There is not a lot of downside to bridging Guhle in order to see how potent offensively he will be.;
