The Leafs do seem mentally weak, Marchand is an instigator, but he's beatable, Toronto has no coaching, and it seems like no real leadership.
Can the Leafs please just lose and get it over with? The constant coverage gets tiring.

I just canāt stand the level of anger, hatred and unsportsmanlike conduct both from the players and the fans in this sport. Itās literally fundamentally the greatest sport on earth but itās ruined by the way players choose to play it and some fans choose to watch it. Every time I hear about people rooting against teams I just think āhow sad is your life that youād root for a team to loseā. And thats just the tip of the iceberg. Why canāt we just all enjoy and love this great sport without all the animosity š

I think referees will be replaced by robots soon so nothing will be missed. They are definitely not as good as they were in the past.
Leafs stop worrying about Marchand and the refs. How about scoring on the power play 0-5 cant ask the refs for more than 5 power plays.

For all the calls and none calls, the only one I really was upset over was the JT call with less than 2 minutes left.
Their first mistake was to go after Marchand right off the bat. Why poke the bear? Second, the coaching has been average. They have no answers for the Bruins forecheck. For parts of the game they look lost and I havenāt seen much adjustments. Third, Leafs always seems to rely on talent, other than Nylander, no one seems to have that second gear. I thought the Leafs played a good regular season game last night. Now, theyāll likely come out next game and put out a solid game. I would go with Holl next game. Samsonov is making the stops but he looks fragile. He loses the puck and looks behind. IMO Luongo was like that at times but Lou great goalie but he didnāt look like he could be trusted. I feel for the fans, itās a very frustrating team to watch.
