There are a few players who ended the year on the Philadelphia Flyers’ roster who likely won’t be back next season. Marc Staal and Erik Johnson were obvious. Denis Gurianov was intriguing but ultimately there wasn’t much of a fit. But Cam Atkinson and Ryan Johansen are interesting cases, because while options appear limited, there’s very little chance either ever plays for the Orange & Black.
