Even if Nucks outplayed em, dosent help if u can't get a shot through.i remember preds vs Arizona in 2020 playoff/qualifying round, preds outshot az so bad and we're dominant but just couldn't capitalize. It was their doom

i am tired of 11.5 million dollars obviously wasted. Petterson isn't even a decent 3rd liner right now. No balls, no finish, no effort. i swear that he wanted out, but got his money and is now going to coast until the team is forced to trade his half-effort posterior.
He's probably the most talented Canuck, but looks like the Wish version of Alexei Kovalev since he got paid.

I see the hurt in Shannon's face…Its so much easier and probably more enjoyable to watch a game you are not emotionally invested in….yeah Demko was out but scoring 1 goal isn't going to win you any games and Demko doesn't play offense. It seems maybe confidence is lacking when their number one Goalie is out.

I'm also not putting this solely on DeSmith, but regardless of whether they play differently in front of him, they will DEFINITELY play differently after falling behind on the first shot against (regardless of whether DeSmith should have had it or not).
I'm not sure what game Pettersson and most of the other Canucks are playing, but it isn't hockey.
If they can't come back from Nashville 2-2, the season is over.

After watching that game, I think saying Vancouver doesn't have a great chance without Demko is a wild take. If the Canucks continue to play like that, it will be hard to lose the series. I know they have let you down in the past, but that is an interesting take.

There were at least two Ref you suck chants by my count, since we like pointing it out when it happens
loosing all faith in the canucks because of goaltending is like a tradition is it not? i remember putfan, cloutier, luango, off the top of my head of it's finally our year! we landed such and such goalie! and then by the end the goalie is to blame for over half the looses.. maybe this year the players will find a way to rally in nashville! it's still pretty early in the seiries and anything can happen

I've rarely if ever seen a team O frustrate and neuter ITSELF like that ( as opposed to a G just stonewall you or an opposing team just do a great job of neutralizing you).
The decision making and accuracy of passes was terrible, the finishing was tense and terrible. I could go on.
Casey sucks, demko is out week to week. Canucks couldn’t get a puck in the net if it would save their lives. Canucks had tons of high danger chances and if they finished half of them they woulda won 5-3, next game they need to be better

This exact game plays out again it could have been 8-3 for Vancouver. We had like 7 empty nets and 3 posts.
They lost a hockey game they easily could have won, zero reason to be hitting the panic button.
