Hockey fans are still watching. If you actually like hockey then this is the best time of year there is. These games have been great.
I know some folks stop watching if there team isn’t in it. But I don’t understand that and have trouble believing they really like hockey. That’s unnecessarily harsh. But it does confuse me.

I hope he tears it up. I always loved him while he was here and I was always upset that he never really got a chance to play in the playoffs. He’s only had a single start for us in the playoffs, game 1 in 2022. He made 48 saves on 51 shots before he had to be taken out and Domingue relieved him. We won that game in triple overtime. I wish we would have given him some more chances in the playoffs instead of always going with Jarry.
Having said all that, I’m sure I just jinxed him.
So who’s Vancouver’s no. 3 goalie, because their fans are going to have to get real familiar with him after DeSmith gets hurt with 6 minutes to go in the 3rd period in Game 2.
Definitely watching hockey still. Definitely watching a lot cooler matchups and developments than Casey Desmith though. And while we’re at it, fuck Geuntzel too. A lot of people here following him in Carolina but I could care less. If we could get him back at the price he wants, that would be great, but right now he’s not wearing black and gold, and he is going to ask for top dollar next year. That series has been pretty wild so far, but there’s plenty to watch in the playoffs right now.
