I believe that if our players could stay healthy we have a chance of making the playoffs next year
Please new assistant coach AND new strength and condition staff. If we can bring in any of Cronin guys please do. Retool the PP1/PP2 units along with the PK unit. =)

It's going to sound counter-intuitive but the players need to stop thinking about scoring and focus on controlling the play. stop going for flashy passes or shots and focus on bread and butter hockey. Focus on the fundamentals and once they start playing as a team the talent will find the net. They need to make defense the priority.
The Ducks had that one good run at the beginning of the season. I could have seen one or two more of these during the year if they weren't hurt all the time. You nailed it on the head with all those injuries. "IF" the Ducks can stay relatively healthy next year we will see the improvement we were expecting last year. Even more awesome young talent coming next as well year so that could help even if they are a bit raw. I won't expect the Ducks to make the playoffs next year (probably not) but I very much doubt they draft in the top five again unless they finally get lucky with the lottery. My prediction is they pick somewhere between 10 and 12 for the 2025 draft finally making the playoffs again the following season.
Verbeek says they're targeting a top 6 forward and a top 4 defenseman this summer. Lets hope that pans out well.
Plus was last 5 games ish, we stopped taking stupid penalties. And suddenly got competitive. Last game we took 3 penalties, 2 marginal (even the one against Vegas) and the third was accidental. Next season looks bright.

To be fair no major injuries is nearly impossible. But mid-level injuries would have been a win.
