  1. Those Fishsticks crumbled! πŸ˜‚ Let’s go Rangers! πŸ‘πŸ’πŸ‘πŸ’

  2. I really thought Roy would bring out a real competitive edge to the Islanders come the playoffs, I guess he isn't the answer. Oh well LETS GO RANGERS!

  3. What did you aspect for a team that was carried by ot loses to the playoffs? The islands had more loses then wins if we counted ot loses as loses. They would lose to a team that was clearly better.

  4. It may have been a choke, but the reslity is the hurricsnes dominated every aspect of this game. Islanders were lucky to be up 3-0. They had 1 shot the last 35 minutes. Also. 20 minutes of o-zone possesion for the csnes. Isles cant shoot the puck when they never had the puckπŸ˜…πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’₯

  5. I didn't have much hope for the Isles before the series. I have none after this game. I watched the 3rd and they defended the lead like the Canucks last year. They played Patrick Roy rage hockey.

  6. This is what would have happened to my red wings had they made it to playoffs. They would either go down 3 to 0 in 1st (granite the could comeback they seem to love playing from behind)or wings go up by 4 or 5 and the other team comes back and win.

  7. Why? The islanders have been blowing leads in the 3rd period all season long. DId you really think the playoffs would be any different. Objective truth, the canes outplayed them the entire game.

  8. If the NHL had a 3 point system, the Islanders might not have made the playoffs at all. The winner of their final game vs Pittsburgh would have been the 8 seed, loser is out. A team with less than 30 regulation wins shouldn’t even be in the playoffs, let alone a 6 seed. You’re seeing exactly why now.

  9. Watching the game, the Isles lost it long before that 9 seconds. The collapse was a long time coming as the Hurricanes were dominating play almost the entire 2/3 period. You could feel it coming.

  10. 1983! πŸ‘ 1983! πŸ‘ 1983! πŸ‘

NY ICE-Landers – miserable joke of a franchise!

LOSERS! – This atrocious franchise will never win another cup.

This league is all about expansion when they should be contracting a lot of terribly run franchises like the Islanders and many others!
Every league is guilty of this, not just the NHL.

  11. With the current team the Islanders have their not going to win a Stanley Cup….Best player is Barzal and he looks like he'd rather be somewhere else.

  12. As a Canes fan, I would not count the Isles out. The goals they got were not cheap. Each was a highlight moment and showed the talent of the team. The Canes just shut them down in the 2 & 3. When you spend that amount of time in the O-zone, goal will be scored. If Isles can get a lead and shut down the Cane's offense, which can happen, they'll get a win or two. Canes are still winning the series. Can the Isles show they are building for the future and this post-season appearance is not a fluke?
