A win is a win. Probably needed to get this one out of their system. When 55 says he wants to step up his game be afraid, be very afraid. That usually means cheating for offence. Bold prediction: regardless how this ends people will realize that Ehlers is the best winger on this team. Without Jim Toth defending him daily the boomers are starting to realize Connor is a very flawed player.
As an Avs fan the 696 save percentage has me sick to my stomach. The team earned a win if their goaltending was even remotly decent. Sucks to waste prime mackinnon on this
Ehlers is really mad about that anonymous western conference player that said 'Winnipeg are frauds'. They have the quote posted in the locker room. Guy is riled up.
Great game… so many Avs fans are butthurt about their goalies performance (or lack thereof) but letting in that many goals against the Jets is on par with their season against them. It was Hellebuyck who let in more than usual/had a rough night. During the regular season the Jets scored 17 goals in 3 games against the Avs (5.6 goals/game average) while the Avs scored 4 goals in 3 games (1.3 goals/game average). Based on those stats alone it's clear to me that the Jets should be more upset about goaltending issues than the Avs as their goalie performed as expected. Go ✈️ Go!!
Some of the most entertaining hockey I have seen in a long time. Back and forth. Top line was out for 3 5on5 goals and the PPG. Kc also with the GWG. Great game from them. Shout out to you guys. Just got my Fraud Squad Sweater. Love it. Keep up the good work
