If Johnny didn't get that loose puck and score like that he would have never gotten a good look the whole night. If this team doesn't keep setting up Tavares, then all you are going to get from him are those loose puck opportunities. It's not sustainable over a playoff series. Keep moving the puck and getting everybody fair looks, but Johnny needs good early passes and none of that last minute junk…because he certainly doesn't need a lot of time to take a very good shot. And keep setting up Jarnkrok.

Marner has been invisible the first two games of this series as well as both series last season. Matthews dragged the leafs past Tampa last year and nearly through all those OT games against the Panthers

Good game . There was hitting . That is what it's going to take . Don't have to run the guy through the rink but hit him to take them off stride. Seen tonite that puck was being dumped in so limited turnovers in the central zone .

Marchand diving and holding the wrong leg after is just an embarrassment to the sport.
Great game, you could see the whole team settle down once Domi scored, started making better passes and started playing their game and didn't lose the physicality or the urgency. Can't believe there were people saying these guys would get swept, and they call us delusional.
I wouldn't be surprised if the interviewers were actually sesame street puppets.
