  1. No wonder predator fans tried to block canucks fans from buying tickets 😂😂 they don't want the smoke! GO CANUCKS GO

  2. Flames fan here honestly happy for Lindy and Zadorov. Canucks are my team for the playoffs let's go!!!

  3. Holy hell were the boys nervous in the first half of that game
Thank god we have Quinn and Millsy to step up GoCanucksGo🥳🥳

  4. Lindholm came up huge! He snipes the Canucks first goal, then taking the body behind the net, he creates the turnover that allowed Garland to feed Joshua. That line is a beauty!

  5. Hey guys the Canucks showed up to play. Doubters still be doubting? Hard nosed win this team is in its spot for a reason.

  6. OK…good things and bad things in my opinion.

    Good things:
I like the way the canucks mostly stayed true to their system.
They battled hard and were fast on the Preds especially in the 2nd half of the game.
    Lindholm was excellent.
    Joshua obviously.
Miller, Demko, and the whole D core, really.
Hughes eventually settled in and found his stride.
And especially the way they seemed to wear out the Preds. By the end of the game they looked like they were skating in mud. Keep hitting them and wearing them down. They really had the pedal down in the 2nd half of the season and I think that's where the Canucks can find some value.

    Bad Things:
Undisciplined stupid penalties. Hronek's in particular but he wasn't the only one. None of them were "good".
The first half of the game was proof of how meaningless Corsi is. I don't know the numbers but it felt like the canucks carried the possession play. In spite of that, most of their shots and chances were useless outside shots with clear views or minimal screens for the Preds goalie. I really didn't like the first and most of the second.
Credit the Preds for keeping the canucks to the outside but it still felt like they weren't really engaged and willing to get into the dirty areas until the third. Canucks need to dial up the intensity right from the start cause the Preds aren't going to keep dropping 2 goals in 12 seconds.

Anyway, good start but lots of room to play better than that I think.

  7. Lindholm had just a great game….This is why the Canucks got him……He opens up the scoring and then lays a heavy hit in the offensive zone so the puck could come out to Joshua…..A lot of players deserve credit….Zadorov's name kept coming up too….We're gonna need his heavy hits for the rest of the playoffs…

  8. Zadorov !! Wowzers!! A 6'6 skating mountain. Did you see how he stood that guy up and was crushing guys left and right? And….. skates like the wind and getting shots. How can we let this guy go?
What do you think for a nickname ? We can't call him "Big Z" because that is plagiary on Chara. After that hit, how about 'ZaBOOM' or 'Mean Mountain' ?

  9. There was so many things to take away from tonight… lindholm showing us why we traded for him… Hughes showing us why he’s our captain by tying it up and turning it around, the amazing resilience from the team despite refs against us all night with their soft calls + being down 2-1… and Dakota Joshua…. BEAST

  10. Cue the arrogant oiler fans. I swear they only watch hockey to trash talk other teams. Twitter tonight was full of them just talking crap. I hope the kings beat them up over 7 games.

  11. Zadorov has been the most underrated Canuck imo. Joshua and Garland are huge but they get the credit. Big Z laying huge hits, playing defensively well and even contributing to dangerous offence. He deserves more love

  12. I was a little worried after the second period that the refs were going to decide this game.
4 suspect penalties against us in a row and two blatant non-calls that initiated "Ref, You Suck!" chants.
Fortunately those 2 quick ones our boys scored in the 3rd sucked the life out of not only the Predators, but the officials as well.
