This is how far this organization has fallen. We’re rejoicing that we almost made the playoffs? From 1967-2012, the Flyers missed the playoffs 8 times. From 2013-24, the Flyers have missed the playoffs 8 times. This organization is a dumpster fire as we lost Gauthier for an injury proned Defenseman who was a -18 this year. We lost Hart as his future is up in the air. We couldn’t even stink bad enough to get a high pick as we’re drafting 12th for now (before the lottery). I don’t know what was so joyous about this season as I think we took a step back on year 1 of the rebuild.
The Atkinson buy out seems unavoidable right now. And it's actually the best thing for this team even financially.

No, not a seson to rejoice. A GM that invested in injured players and old journeymen. Not impressive.
The only thing the flyers do well is THE EXPERT MEDIA MACHINE THEY HAVE CREATED! Danny Briere, Keith Jones…Torts have the media savvy that could sell ice water to Eskimos! .500 back to back years and the fans are lapping it up! same record as last year final 10 and dayum near the same amount of benchings…..Garbage in and garbage out….on to the Phillies!
