I’d love to keep Anderson and drop Raddysh
Anderson, Guttman, Reichel, Vlasic, and Blackwell can stay.
When you finish 31st faces need to change. I would only keep Vlasic, Reichel, Anderson with Crevier and maybe Guttman (for AHL depth). They’ll want a rotating forward spot or two open for call-ups.
While I get those of you saying should clear out some names based on where they finish, it’ll be tough not to resign some of they guys like Anderson, Blackwell and Johnson and Tinordi.
Those guys are legit NHLers. It is a very weak free agent pool this year and their prospects are not really ready to join the big club full time.
Important to keep improving Rockford too, out of that list I’d like to see them keep…

Likely will be another long year for the Hawks next season, but another top 5 pick won’t be the worse thing either.
The only guys you bring back are:
Vlasic
Reichel
Guttman on a 2 way
Crevier on a 2 way
Stauber on a 2 way
This team needs to be severely changed. Maybe bring back ONE of Entwistle, Anderson, Blackwell but everyone else needs to be gone. You need to win at least 10-12 more games next year
Keep: Vlasic , Anderson, Tyler Johnson , Megna , Entwistle , Reichel , Maybe Stauber as replacement for Soderblom
Beyond that jettison the others unless they are used as AHL depth.
The few comments mentioning two-way contracts make me believe people don’t really understand two-way contracts in the real world but rather think EA’s version is correct.
Anyway, I think the Hawks should only bring back Reichel, Vlasic, Guttman, Crevier, Anderson and Stauber. I personally would love to see Reese Johnson back. I also think the Hawks will end up bringing Entwistle and Raddysh back, though I would prefer they didn’t.
I doubt Raddysh gets qualified. KD let Strome walk for nothing because no other GM would trade any asset for him.
Vlasic gets a nice raise and some term.
Reichel back on a minimal raise, 1-2 year “show me” deal. Hawks still don’t know which Reichel will show up to play on any night.
I can see Joey Anderson getting qualified. He’s nothing fancy. A serviceable bottom 6 forward on this team.
Crevier, Guttman, Entwistle may be back.
The only UFAs i can maybe see getting signed are Blackwell and Stauber. The rest buh-bye.
only ones i’d really love to keep are anderson, vlasic, blackwell, and Tjohnson
More of these guys likely return than people in this thread seem to be expecting.
