  1. I hope Habs management doesn't rush things. They have built a solid stable of good young players. Many of which just need a bit more time to develop into solid players and others into stars.. They just need a few key additions, without spending wildly or trading away too many young assets. The Wings, Sabres, Sens all have been rebuilding for years and all thought they would make the playoffs this year but again none of them did because of their mistakes. I think the Habs are on a better trajectory than all 3 of those teams but Habs still very much in the "showing potential" stage. Let's not make the same mistakes as those other teams in our division.

  2. The Habs will need to make room for next year's new players. Who has a secure Job? defence wise some of them will be gone. Forwards? Goalies, Fowler is going to replace ?

  3. I have no doubt that the bench boss can assist in drawing talent to the team, which is good. They need to land that first guy, others will follow.
Basu and Godin conjectured a few weeks ago that the team only has 7-8 players (prior to Hutson's arrival) that will be part of the core in the future. I think I agree.
Training camp should be a banger!

  4. good luck if you follow politic actually they want in canada to upgrade tax for the rich by 52% to 66,9% imagine that when you try to bring player in canada to be honest no one gonna want to stay whit the habs only whit the name and the story of the team here to back you up guys

  5. Just saying there is a futur where the habs could add celebrini and sign stamkos this summer… there is a lot of outcome possible but its one of them

  6. Montreal really has to fix the second line. They also have to develop a third line. They also have to figure out the core 6 defense. Attracting the right free agents will happen once Montreal has their core players figured out. So many things happening at once 😊

  7. As much as I hate him if the Habs have the opportunity to trade for Brady Tckachuk I think we should go for it. You can have a top line of Slaf- Suzuki- Tckachuk
    ? – Dach – Caufield

  8. MSL is great. Matheson is a proven offensive star, Hutson has not played a season yet. Matheson has the elite skating, great shot and size that Hutson will never have. Being undersized is a huge issue with the Habs forwards. Adam Engstrom really stood out in the camp last year, as a tremendous skater. Similar size as Baron. 6-2 200 lbs.
