Sure hope they're working on breaking out of their defensive zone – it's been a glaring weakness all season.
I was not a fan of Zac Jones. But the last few games he played down the stretch he was really good. The way he skated the puck out of the defensive zone was phenomenal. It is beyond valuable to have a defenseman do that. It destroys a forecheck and that is the Rangers weakness.

We all know how the Caps will want to play. I really hope that they have been grooming Rempe behind the scenes for a regular shift on the 4TH line. I would have also liked Edstrom on that line. As it stands, the whole team must commit to a heavy forecheck and win the majority of the board battles. NO FLY-BYS!
