  1. Intentional or not a foul is a foul
Professional athletes playing by a set of rules
Ariel even said the hard warning should be issued to the fighters before they even walk out
By that logic EYEdman should’ve had two points deducted during the fight

  2. karma does always have a way of getting this guy, expect him to lose an eye next fight.

  3. Eyepokes r going to happen in a fight.. they should just take a point every single time and everyone can calm down

  4. The new fan base in mma is absolute trash lol social media is destroying society.. you guys can’t enjoy anything without losing your minds over any unfortunate situation

  5. This is one of the bigger blindspots the UFC has shown, embarrassing. And to get everyone else on the same page that Weidman did nothing wrong is insane, they're only losing him fans and themselves credibility. Eye poking is essentially a new tactic at this point.

  6. It's clear that youtubers working from home are the actual "journalist" The people who are friends with the fighters or the UFC can't be trusted.

  7. I really like this Weidman guy, he is good. Also I think Bruno Silva is a really bad guy and he was faking it all, crying about some pokes. I hope Weidman fights again and wins again! Big fan!

  8. Damn, dude really lost 80% of his fan base after the double eye poke TKO… I know he’s had a tough road but ngl it’s def really hard to wanna root for him now

  9. By his logic, Weidman shouldn’t drop to the ground when his leg snapped against Uriah Hall. It’s MMA, he should have stood up instead of crying on the ground.

  10. Dude was so happy just to not have another loss just retire lol you went from champ to a bum in a single fight

  11. See how he rubbed his nose when speaking about his eye… Massive tell. Silva has a closed fist punching yo in the face.

  12. I've never liked Weidman. I also never hated him. I was very neutral about the guy. But this is not a good look. To win in such a slimy way and to celebrate like it was a massive knockout is just so desperate and out of touch. His hands were outstretched the entire fight. He knew what he was doing.

  13. Lol so he admits he repeatedly poked his eyes, then downplays the impact except for the one he received from a punch. C'mon Weidman do better, you're sounding like a spoiled brat not a veteran
