  1. Cool to see all the little things that you don't usually see runners do, like those exercises! Tyre pulls aren't something I thought even existed for hip strength. Love the basement! =D

  2. this was great. when younger we sprinted down the street while hugging a tire thinking it was weight training. we were those guys in the neighborhood. it's good to be that guy. everyone else is playing video games and watching tiktok.

  3. Drew Hunter had been living off his success in high school for years – he’s the king of third tier runners – what a joke

  4. You inspired me drew to do my workouts today, God Bless Y'all brother..
    Goodluck to your upcoming race💜

  5. Hey whats up w/ the negative comments. This young lad, a Shriner, like his Dad😊 through and through is awesome. Hey it took Grant Fisher a bit..

  6. P.S. that baby is a Hunter. Folks, dont worry, this kid will bust through. His father coached us in NVA yrs back. Tough as a boot, regaled us of stories of his growing up in Ohio. Running in the '77 & ' 78 NCAA,s . There is video of his race in Wisconsin. He tells the story of brutal cold conditions that day, and he's the only one in shorts and singlet. I skipped school in '89 to go to Annapolis, for NCAA cross final. Huber, and Nuttal (RIP) crushed it. While there I met a few coaches, including Dellinger, who all knew who my Coach was, and spoke well of him. So, this kid is gonna be fine😅😊

  7. I love this! I am curious to see what TME does for activations, stretching, cool downs, etc pls thx!
