Apparently nobody here wanted to bring up the elephant in the room that is Georgiev. I know they’ve touched on it a lot during post game pods. But based on Bednar’s comments post practice. It sounds as if Annunen might play Thursday. Which would imply to me he’s at least entertaining the idea of playing him game 1. Are you going to really give Georgiev 7 – 8 days off & then play him game 1?
That’s a lot for any goalie, let alone one with zero confidence who can’t stop a beach ball.
