  1. Zadina showed some flashes of high-end skill this season but was too inconsistent. He might be more productive if he had better teammates. I wouldn't mind resigning Zadina for 1 more year to see what he can do.

  2. Hey Lego, I am a lifetime Red Wings fan and I just wanted to say thank you for all your updates and Input .. you're actually like one of the only channels that I can listen to weather its hockey related or not. So thanks again for taking time out of your day to keep us updated as best you can around the
]][)etroit Red Wings and the rest of the NHL . I appreciate it and I'm sure we all do.

  3. It was well known Holland was gonna take Bouchard or Dobson until Zadina fell into our laps. From my recollection it was Bouchard 1A, Dobs 1B. He didn't give Hughes much thought as he said he "didn't b believe smaller dman can succeed in todays NHL". With that said, F00K YOU ZADINA😭 Imagine Bouch or Dobs with Moritz 😩

  4. Zadina is literally Yakupov. Exact copy of players. It's pretty mind boggling because they had all the tools!!!

  5. What Raymond is accomplishing is what they thought Zadina would also be that same top line threat.
Zadina immediately added more pressure on himself by saying he would fill opponents nets with pucks.
Detroit wanted Evan Bouchard as their next prospect if Zadina was gone.
    Tragic

  6. Was it worth it? Let’s be real, in another world Zadina stays with the Wings and then he gets traded to the sharks anyway just like his replacement Klim Kostin was. Snore

  7. As a Sharks fan, the guy is still young and he played well for us. I give him props for leaving money on the table because he had so much confidence in himself. On a team with hardly any confidence, this is the type of guy you want on your team

  8. I wish no harm and bad on Zadina but it’s so funny that he didn’t wanna be with the shitty Wings and now he’s on an even worse team. he’ll be overseas in no time

  9. People keep saying how it's admirable, how he bet on himself… I frankly disagree. Detroit gave him a golden opportunity AND a contract he never earned, they paid him for potential, and they paid him well. He never successfully took the opportunities that Detroit handed him. And if you don't perform on a rebuilding team, you are gonna get passed by. Zadina got passed by and couldn't stomach it. For the Wings, he was an AHL player. That hurt his ego so he want elsewhere, someplace where he was almost guaranteed to make the roster. I don't think the Sharks view Zadina as a piece of their future. He's probably a passer by player for them.
People keep praising him for saying no to millions…. I see a player who said no to a great up and coming situation in Detroit, one he could have worked hard to be a part off and maybe make the playoffs very soon, because of pride and ego. I've spent time with his Quebec family home when he played here in the Q…. Being cocky is good when you can back it up. Zadina has not backed it up in the NHL.

  10. I think Zadina needs a stint in the AHL to develop a little more. Yeah, he's not bad, but he's also not good either. There is a reason when we tried to give him away for free no one would take him.

  11. I hope he can do well for the Sharks, and grow into the player he wanted to be when the Habs passed him over.
