I really love the fact that he’s developed a culture of positivity in the room. Everyone seems to be really supporting each other and there seems to be none or at least very little toxicity in the room

He’s become my favorite coach all time simply because of how honest he is and down to earth his responses are in the media scrums. The interviews always go on for 10 plus minutes and sometimes go up to 15 minutes.

The only threat IMO is Brunette in Nashville. He’s gotten a lot of out of a very pedestrian lineup, and their late season surge may sway some voters, just out of recency bias
