Georgiev in net after that last embarrassing game? If the Avs didn't have the offense to bail the guy out game after game he wouldn't have as many Ws as he does, probably the luckiest starting goalie heading into the playoffs but he's not going to steal any games for the Avs. He's their weakest link and the Avs D isn't as good as they were last year, the Avs need lots of offence consistently to have any chance to win a Cup, like 4+ goals a game consistent, any slump in team scoring or facing a strong defence and/or an elite goalie is going to F them up.
This avs team is so inconsistent, whoever they play in the first round is gonna be happy.

I don't think Georgiev is a bad goalie, but there is no reason why he should be the busiest goalie in the league. Goalies usually have a certain limit of games they can play before they hit the wall, and Georgiev has clearly hit his wall.
What a comeback, the Av's are a good team but defensively their susceptible and it showed right here, 3 to 0 lead you can't give that away, especially in the 3rd period.

The Avs look like they're thinking about summer vacation already. The Jets are going to destroy them.
The two main things they need next season are a solid goalie and a big mean defenseman to beat on players in front of the net.
