If that was a hand pass then stop the play dead right away. You only implement the rule just because a goal was scored? And it wasn't even a pass to a teammate that scored immediately after. Sure it was a hand pass to Bertuzzi but his deflection goal came from a shot point. Such baloney.
Especially love the boarding non call that lead to Matthews going down, could have blown on the puck and moved it further, such bullshit

Do you think the refs felt any shame after being forced to watch the boarding and tripping calls they missed on the play while searching for the 'hand pass'? Yeah right.🤡
Should have been allowed just for rule of cool.
What a shame that beautiful goal didn't count, If I am not mistaken that is 3 disallowed goals for Bert this year.
I mean, ultimately, if they are enforcing the rules to the letter, then even as a Leafs fan I cannot complain.
They may need make some tweaks to the rule though.
