  3. Struble and Harris are NHL Dmen but neither have any standout skills. I haven't seen anything that indicates they'll be better than 3rd pairing D. They seem to be low ceiling players. It is disappointing that Barron hasn't done much in Laval but at least he has some standout offensive skill. But for sure he has to step up to show he can be defensively sound at the NHL level.

  4. Guys, we will need to trade D soon enough. But what about getting a really solid 3C instead of overpaying for a 'top 6'. We were a decent team with Dach & Monaghan.. Could Roy be the 2W? Teams are going to see us coming. And there's that AR guy in Vegas who might be available, and he plays anywhere.
