Testing agent should be fired. She is either too sensitive or too aggressive for the job. Filing death threat charges when it's simply hyperbole is bad business. And if she believed it, she would have fled the house. At this point, she's interfering with client business and should be summarily dismissed. Fighters will get pissed off by surprise testing at unusual hours. That is normal. Testers should have a manner when these test times occur that is sympathetic and professional. They know they are catching human beings off guard and at awkward times, so they should behave in a way that respects that so the athlete feels more comfortable.
Also, fighters should expect the unexpected times as well, and be prepared to let go of the offensive nature of such intrusions, which it sounds like Jon eventually did.
